. temp normal at -18 and 4 deg. Nothing keeping door open and seals clean. The door post is almost too hot to touch and the motor does seem to run for long times with only little breaks where it is quiet.

I would say check your door seals, if they are hot, could be drawing air in, cold inside, so air contracts, air pressure out is higher, so pushes in. WHAT are your temp readings. Normal would be -21 freezer, +3 fridge. I would expect normal, for same reason. Check your door seals, Nothing inside stopping the doors from closing etc, make sure seals are clean.
Nothing inside the door frame posts etc, except for the freezer side if you have water dispenser. Nothing that is really going to heat up that much.
