my candy CDW254 leaks - what could be wrong?

My Candy CDW 254 leaks from the bottom when it is rinsing. I took off the machine casing and found that the water sprays out of a white plastic part?. Does this need replacing? And if so, what is this part called (if you can tell from my description)?
