The microwave is not working?

my microwave is model no KEN CJ/AL28,SERIAL NO 0640026611. And the microwave seems to be not working.
Initially it was working, then it had to go thorugh some travelling by being carried by me on trains,feet, and buses, which resulted in a few bumps and one major bump with a person on the train.

After the journey, it wasn't working, then I moved its location, and it started working for a little bit.

Then I started trying the other functions of convection and grill..which seems to be working fine...However the microwave has totally stopped working :'(

Any ideas on what might have happened and how to fix it?
