How can I repair my hancock & moore recliner?

One of the plastic barrings that holds the reclining mechanism together has worn out and fell from the chair. There was a pen with a large flat head in the barring that got lost and I could never find it. This barring and pen holds the foot support together and is located where the foot support attaches to the main metal frame. I do not have the correct model # but the chair is simular in design to the Elliott ball & Claw
