Mend Hotpoint WT540 Currently Drum

How can I fix a Hotpoint WT540 washing machine ?

The water is not currently flushing through the drawer so the powder isn't getting into the drum. The prewash light is blinking throughout each wash cycle (I understand this is a warning light). any ideas how to fix it?
