how can fix my sony dav-tz200?

My SONY DAV-TZ200 home theatre system displays "DEST ERROR" everytime I try to play DVDs/CDs/USBs...plus i can't eject the CD that is inside the radio, since it just displays "DEST ERROR" everytime i try...How can i fix it? PLEASE HELP
