Mend Peugeot 206 gti Blower Heater Air Resistor

Peugeote 206 gti with a/c heater blower not working?

I have been told on a Peugeot 206 gti 1999 with a/c the resistor is built into the blower/motor can anyone confirm this is correct, i have changerd the blower/motor but still not working, Can anyone help what to try next.

Peugeot Peugeot 206 gti Vehicles, Cars Blower Heater Air Resistor

the resistor is in the bulk head near the motor its held in by a grubscrew hope this helps luck
