Mend Glow Worm Betacom 24a Heating Fault

How can i fix my Glow Worm Betacom 24a?

My boiler usually works fine after the heating has been on, however if after work i run a bath or shower the water will run warm briefly then go cold. Occasionally, not always the display will show f23 fault. According to the booklet it is a circulation fault. Does anyone know a fix for this?
