How do I set timers on my Beko Double Oven ?

We have lost our manual and when we lost power we don't know how to set up the clock or timers on our cooker. We are looking for a manual for a BEKO Double Oven DVC 6631.
We also are looking for a manual for a Hinari Lifestyle Microwave Oven Model No. MX310TCSL
