connect two loose wires?

BEKO DV5531 DOUBLE FAN OVEN
After fitting a new element I noticed two wires, which apparantly came from the spade terminals on the power input block on the cooker back , one was green/yellow(presumably earth) the other was blue(presumably neutral). Please advise the location of the spade terminals for the correct re fitting of these two wires

Even if somebody had their own Beko oven to look at and advise you or a circuit schematic handy it would be taking a risk to tell you where to put the wires - your oven might not match theirs or the circuit diagram.

Your presumption that the Yellow/Green is an Earth wire is likely spot on - it would be criminal to use such a colour combination for anything other than Earth but the normal practice is to have Earth conductors more permanently fixed with a nut, screw and locking washer.

As for the Blue wire can't comment - perhaps if you could make a continuity check (with the power cables disconnected of course) between the incoming terminals and the two spade connectors in doubt - then you would know for certain.

A cheap multimeter will often have a continuity buzzer built into it (£7 Maplin) and might save you the cost of a specialist call out and an electric shock.

Good luck... Take care...
