My tv wont turn on ?

Hi i have a 37in xenius x37whd88 model tv and it wont turn on, It started off by flashing its blue light and turning its self off then when you did turn it off, you couldnt turn it back on, Now all it does is flash and makes a squeaking sound each time it flashes, What is the problem and how can it be fixed ???
