Mend Accenta Work Light Blue

Accenta wont work after powercut?

We had a powercut and now key pad is unresponsive (no light to power indicator) and blue light flashing outside the house. There is no model number on the key pad. Alarm system is about 12 years old but was working ok till powercut. Can you please assist a mere woman.
