Mend Baxi Solo 3 Boiler Problem

how can i fix baxi solo 3 pfl 40?

the said boiler fires up no problem when i get home from work.swich power on and boiler.then when it the thermostate switches it off.it wont fire up.have to switch power off and boiler off,wait till morning then it comes on as normal when switched on.then again wont fire up later.does anyone know what the problem could be
