Our alarm has an intermittent fault at present and I would appreciate a little help please.
Recently started beeping at intermittent times throughout the day but remains silent at night,also the trouble light is showing.
I have the code that I have inputted several times but the trouble light remains lit and the beeping continues,we don't want to incur any costs as such as we never use it.If we cannot stop it beeping then can it be disconnected at the mains and remove it.
We would like to keep the existing bell on the wall outside if possible.
You never use it, and its now bleeping but you want a free fix.
I smell a lie.

you have two choices,replacethe internal battery in the control panel,or,remove the fuse from spur unit,open the panel,remove the lead from battery,( the outside bell may sound,)if it does not,.then you haver killed the cheap panel
