Mend Reebok i-Run Treadmill Repair Motor

How can I fix my rebok tredmill?

I have a rebok tredmill which blows the 10a fuse on the mother board when I turn the power on the mains with the on-off swich off the belt moves for a couple of seconds then blows fuse. The control panel still works but not the belt, the belt from the motor to the belt is ok. the model is reebok i run made in aug 2007. thanks Mark.
