Mend Neff U1661 Oven Temperature Display

How to fix temperature switch on Neff U1661?

The temperature switch on the lower oven on my U1661 double oven is intermittently not working properly - when I switch the oven on it automatically sets the temperature at 160 degrees and can only change between 160 and 155 degrees. The dial turns but the display only changes between these two temperatures.
