Mend Netaheat Profile 60 Boiler Ignition Heating

Netaheat Profile 60 boiler will not ignite?

The fan is coming on but the ignition is not firing. I have tried manually moving the arm across on the valve box but this doesnt seem to help. I have removed both covers but cant see a manual ignition back up. Can anyone sugest anything?
