Mend Car Starting Engine Off

after starting the car revs go high then stalls?

when i start the car after some time car go in high revs and then it switch the car off

Try replacing the coolant temperature sensor. We had the same problem on our Mk4 Golf (common problem) and this fixed it. If it it faulty the ECU thinks the engine is cold and floods the engine, then you will get these starting problems.
