Can you still purchase balanced flue boilers?

I have had a M44/54B balanced flue boiler for over 25 years and apart from replacing a burner a couple of times and a control panel once it has given excellent service. I am wondering if it is now time to replace it. If so, I wonder if it is possible to purchase something similar but more modern and possibly more efficient?
