Mend Valiant Central Heating System Boiler

valiant boiler has hot water from taps but central heating doesnt work?

i have a valiant boiler the hot water works perfect intantly when the hot water tap is turned on.
but when i switch my central heating on the boiler doesnt come on at all please help
pressure is fine everything is good!
please help
