Mend Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior Boiler Pressure

No hot water coming in to repressurise boiler?

Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior combination boiler. When I turn the two taps to bring the pressure up to 1.5 (as I've done before) I don't get any water coming in.
