Mend Sabre HE Combi Boiler Heating Fault

Fault with Sabre HE Combi boiler?

My boiler isn't producing hot water or heating. When it's on standby, the light flashes green every 6 sounds, which means that there's no fault. When, however, I turn on the hot water or heating, the light flashes green every 0.5 seconds and keeps flashing until I turn off heating/hot water. Grateful for advice, thanks,
