Mend Stoves Light Bulb Flash

How to fix a Stoves cooker hood?

Light bulb went with a big flash - tripped fuse box. Replaced both bulbs and neither work. Fan works for a while and then goes off. Comes back on a few minutes later. Light on switch says bulbs are on when they aren't. No sign of burnt wires or loose connections. Help!!!!
