firebird 50/90 super q ,lockout light staying on?

i ve fixed lockout problems befour when we ran out of oil,this time .i am stuck.there no wind up noise like from the blower .i ve been away from home and been told its been acting up all week been difficult to start spluttering and has just died . i ve bought a new control box and have check that oil is present.ive tryed the reset button i am not sure i thought there was a light that light up when it was pressed its does happed on the new one ive bought either. appreciate any help.
