NEFF Integral Microwave H5642?

The button to open the door isn't working. Is there any other way of opening the door. At the moment I can't open it and there is cooked food inside!

yes there is,but it is dangerous for you to open the oven,the capacitor inside stores very high voltage
it has a bleed resistor in it,but we use a tool to short it to earth better to get a micro wave guy in,and safer
