Mend ACE HE 24 & 30 Ace Water

ACE HE 24 & 30, making god awful noise, whats wrong with it?

My hot water is working but the heating wont work. Its makes a loud rattling noise and ignition wont light. The display panel only shows as C
Can anyone help and let me know the fault and how to fix it?
