how do i change rear brake disc on 307 sw?

Hi ,
Certain versions of these are a complete rear hub change only as the disc is part of the hub.....
This is a simple job to ddo and the parts can be found on the popular auction site for around 80pounds.
Jack rear of car up, pop it on axle stand for security.
Remove wheel, rear caliper, 2 bolts, remove centre cap in wheel hub, remove big nut, and the whole hub comes off, refit in reverse, tighten hub nut to req tourqe and refit caliper etc.
Job done.
