Mend Glow-worm Swift Flow 80 Boiler Temperature

How can I fix my GLOW WORM SWIFT FLOW 80 from loosing Temperature?

Initially the hot water comes out of the taps at 46 C then drops down to 41 C after 10 seconds. What would be the most likely cause for this?
