Mend GlowWorm Micron 60FF Central Heating System Glowworm

central heating only comes on when the hot water heats?

I have a GlowWorm Micron 60FF boiler..the central heating only comes on when we have the hot water on.Which means when the boiler reaches temperature the central heating goes off.
