I have a BT 1100 telephone and when trurning on BASE 1 is flashing. I tried to reset the handset but after reseting nothing changed. As well I cannot access SETUP as it is unabible.
Get in touch with BT www.bt.com and they will give you a help number. If you have the user guide it is usually in the back of the book they can then tell you what the problem is.
