faulty beko AP930 fridge freezer?

No temp bar display for fridge and freezer
over temp symbol on display

fan continuously ,compresser not turning on. Top part of fridge and freezer not very cold. Bottom part is cooler.

Cleaned and hoovered fan and fins/no change
