Mend Hotpoint WF541 Lights Flash

Fashing lights?

Hotpoint Aquarius-WF541.All lights flash dimly when switched on then it slow spins and stops. Next sw/on it runs thru cycle correctly. Persistent fault! Have checked pressure switch etc.,has it lost its memory? Any suggestions please?!
