whatwrong with my bluapunkt 5 disc player?

please can someone tell me why my blaupunkt idc-a04-can. player has all the lights flashing orange and will not load a disc or play a disc i had to remove the stuck disc manaully but still the lights flash.it is in a peugeot 307....please can someone help shed some light....
