headlights keep flashing!?

hey i have a citreon saxo 1.4i vsx! a friend took my battery off my car when i still had my electrics on... however it blew a fuse in the car! (the fuse for the interior lights, central locking and cd player) i changed the fuse for the right one as it had a 10 amp in it so i changed it for the right one and the headights started flashing when i put the key in the ignition and when i started it up it did the same. i then turned it off and the electrics off and the lights keep flashing grrrrr :( i tried everything but its just not wanting to play ball any ideas??
