how do i change a front sidelight bulb on a peugeot 406?

how do i change a front sidelight bulb on a peugeot 406 s reg saloon petrol 1.8. dont know how to get at bulb although main headlights are obvious. please help.

Yeah well the white plastic tab broke off!! :( And it was NOT receiving much force! Tried pulling it as I figured it needed to be pulled toward away from the light assembly but it wasn't budging!
I gather that it is meant to pull away but it can obviously get stuck and my friends white level is very stuck and now it has no lever.

Look for the white plastic tag inside the headlight unit, turn it and remove it with the side light bulb attached.
