Mend Kenmore Fuse Blowing Replace

fuse keeps blowing on Kenmore dishwasher?

kenmore dishwasher, I replace the thermal fuse 5 times now. I also replaced the mother board after second fuse. The fuse just blew again. I even have the washer plugged into a surge protector. Help....?
