citroen dispatch engine problem?

my citroen dispatch diesel van has lost power when driving of late, sometimes when started it revs up when idling and then cuts out, when driving it starts to chuck and blows out black smoke. has had an slight chuck for sometime when driving. 70k miles on engine.any solution.??? tks.
