Mend Hygena APP2400 Front Panel Lights

How can I fix my Hygena APP2400 Canopy Extractor?

I get no response at all from the front panel switches and the lights are permanently on. I have stripped the switch unit and physically checked the control cct board can hear the switches clicking, but can't proceed any further.
Any answers of help out there?
