Won't turn over Starter and battery good Any fuses in ckt?

If you will look at your starting circuit, you will see if there is a fuse. To prove your starter is good disconnect the leads on your starter and have it bench tested. Sometimes starters are just stuck, and need to be moved by hand before applying power. Trying to start a stuck starter can fry it. If your not experienced go to the local equipment rental and ask the small engine mechanic there.
