kenwood dishwasher not drying?

the kenwood dishwasher kdw12sl3a does not seem to be drying at the end.. everything is clammy and cutlery is getting brown (rust?) spots..
is it fixable..or just time to replace.apart from that it seems to do everything else fine. any advice would be appreciated thanks
