If the noise sounds like a normal one it maybe that your fan is running but the air pressure switch is not detecting that it's running.
This could be caused by numerous faults.
1:Faulty air pressure switch.
2:damaged or blocked tubes to the air pressure switch.
3:Faulty circuit board not receiving correct messages from air pressure switch.
Either way you will need to call out a corgi reg engineer unfortunatly.
