What provides the pictures? Is it from an aerial, a dish, or cable? Is it from a separate receiver?

What is your TV connected to and what method/cables/sockets do you use to connect?

You stated that you have no picture on your TV. Have you ever had a picture on your TV from a broadcast or a separate set top box or recorder or anything else?

You state that you do not have a picture.
OK so are you are saying that you have sound but no picture?

I give up....
...at least until you decide not to be secretive about your problem and also show some desire about having it mended.
