why do i still get bars on widescreen tv?

I have a widescreen 16:9 tv but still get bars when vieing widesreen movies. Shouldn't I see the entire screen?

You will get bars top and bottom when viewing movies made for the cinema, which is 22:9 format as opposed to home widescreen which is 16:9. There will be a picture aspect adjustment button on your handset to compensate for the difference if you prefer.
