Mend Renault Fuse Box Problem

laguna fuse box , change over , water damage , mk 2 ?

my laguna had problem with sunroof drain tubes and water got on fuse box inside , i got fuse box from same year and model but when i fitted it , would not power up , no ignition lights on dash , do you have to get it programmed in , ?
