optima 2 plus alarm with out user code?

can any one help, we have just bought a property and do not have the user code to opperate the system. I belive a link is required in the panel to reset the default settings but not sure what to link out.

Or get an engineer in, it'll cost ya but at least you don't have the default or reprogramme issue.

And get this, you can choose your own user code, how cool is that.
