Mend Peugeot 307 Replace Start Car

Is my catalic converter blocked or does it need replace?

I have a Peugeot. 307 I have no power when I start the car up when it manages to turn on it has trouble ticking over and when I take my foot off the gas or change gear it just cuts out and it takes me 10 or 20 minutes to start back up help me

what makes you think your exhaust is blocked?there are plenty of other things which could give you problems also,I would get it onto a code reader which may help pinpoint your problem
