The bottom oven when you turn the oven on it heats up but after a while nob turns its self down ( springs back )and loses heat

Oven has 2 fans, cook fan and vent fan, both need to be running. No cook fan, will result in low temps and distorted backpanel. No vent fan, will cause overheat klixon to cut out. Are you sure it is the fan at fault and not the fan system element? I have never known an Aeg fan motor to trip .Cheers
