Mend Creda 48164 Main Oven Work

Main oven fan won't work?

Our Creda Europa Model 48164 cooker is 10 years old and has been great. Six months ago, the fan stopped working and we replaced the element and cleaned it thoroughly round about. Three months on the element was burnt out again and we replaced it, now it has gone again. Even with the new elements, we have to tap the fan to get going.

Any ideas what to do now.

Fit a new fan motor, Fiona - its separate from the element circuits and on a fan assisted oven, the elements will get too hot without it, hence the premature failure.
