Mend AEG Lavamat 6555 Washing Machine Error Code Blockage

Washing machine?

Our AEG Washing machine Lavamat 6555 (15 yrs old) has stopped working.

It is flashing code 700 and the drum is not filling with water.

Do you think it could be a blockage or is there a new part which I need to buy?

Any ideas much appreciated
