how can i replace heating element in a copper cylinder?

Is it top entry or bottom? Top is easy stop water cold water in cylinder water entry from bottom there must be stop cock if not you have to drain cold water tank in loof ,spry WD around neck of element place special spans special to remove element turn anti clock wise you can insert 22copper pice of pipe for better grip,if its hard than hit with hammer and screw driver anti clock than use special element spanna before you DIY make sure you switch of electric dis connection wire
